Incorporated in South Carolina on April 20, 2014.
Sandlapper Controls (SCI) started out as a company that liquidated used and obsolete building automation and fire alarm system parts. As time went on, SCI started the process of acquiring direct wholesaler contracts from multiple manufactures of building control equipment. Our Siemens wholesaler agreement was executed in March 2015. Sandlapper Controls has also secured wholesale agreements with Belimo, Schneider, ACI, Eaton, Veris, and more.
In January of 2016 SCI created a contracting division to provide installation services for control components and systems. This includes both electronic and pneumatic controls along with computer network wiring and cabling.
As of today, SCI has 30 fulltime employees engaged in website development, order fulfillment, accounting, marketing, business development, customer support, contracting and installation services, engineering, project management, sales, test, and inspection.
Our owners have over 30 years of combined experience in the Building Automation Industry. Our team combines extensive knowledge of product functionalities and applications to deliver tailored solutions for complex facility needs.
